  • Q: What is Presso dry cleaning

    Presso is an innovative, waterless, chemical-free dry cleaning system that uses steam, tensioning, UV light, and smart robotics to clean and press garments in under 5 minutes. It’s safe for many items traditionally sent to the dry cleaner — with lower environmental impact and faster turnaround.

    Q: How is Presso different from traditional dry cleaning?

    • No harsh solvents or toxic chemicals (like perc)

    • 7x less water and 3x less energy per garment cycle 

    • Safe for almost all delicate items (no leather) and can extend a garment’s lifetime up to 4x without the harsh treatment of chemicals 

    Q: Can you remove all stains with Presso?

    We do our best using industry-standard pretreatment, but we cannot guarantee complete stain removal, especially for set-in or oil-based stains.

  • Q: Do you offer real-time tracking or notifications?

    Yes — you’ll receive order updates via SMS or email from Cents. 

    Q: Are there other benefits to being a customer?

    Yes, we have a Loyalty Program – Earn as You Clean:

    • You earn 5 points for every $1 spent.

    • Each point is worth $0.01.

    • Points can be redeemed once you reach 500 points, which equals $5 off your order.
      Example: Spend $50, earn 250 points ($2.50 value).

    • Your point balance carries over, and you’ll get updates as you earn.

    We also have a Referral Program – Share the Clean

    • When you refer a friend, they get $10 off their first order.

    • After their first order is complete, you get a $10 credit added to your account.

  • Q: What’s your turnaround time?

    • Wash & Fold: 24-48 hours

    • Presso Dry Cleaning: 24-48 hours

      While we don’t guarantee these times, our team always works to beat them whenever possible. You’ll receive a text notification the moment your order is ready for pickup or delivery.

    Q: What happens if my clothes are damaged or lost? We know how important your garments are, and we’ll always aim to do right by our customers. If something goes wrong, we’ll evaluate the issue and may offer a credit, reimbursement, or replacement when appropriate.

    To be transparent, our liability is limited to 10x the cost of cleaning the item, up to a maximum of $100 per order — a common industry standard.

    Let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

    Q: What if I forget to pick up my clothes? We hold garments for up to 30 days. Unclaimed items may be donated or recycled after that.

    Q: Do you clean delicate or “special care” items? We try to accommodate all items through our Presso process, but some items (e.g., sequins, glued patches, leather) may be declined. You’ll be notified if an item isn’t safe to clean

  • Q: What should I remove before I bring things in for cleanning?

    Please check all pockets for:

    • Electronics, pens, valuables

    • Personal items (e.g., AirPods, cash, jewelry)

      We are not responsible for damage or loss of these items. Refer to our Terms of Service link for more details.

    Q: Do you guarantee no allergic reactions?

    No — our machines are shared and may contain trace residues of prior detergents. Please inform us if you have sensitivities.

    Q: Can I see your full Terms of Service?

    Yes — they’re available in the green link on this page, or ask staff for a printed copy. You must agree to the Terms during account setup or at point-of-sale.
