Terms of Service for CC Clean Services

By using CC Clean’s services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services including wash & fold, Presso dry cleaning, and other offerings. Please read carefully.

 

1. General Agreement

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between CC Clean (“The Company”) and the Customer. Using our services implies full acceptance of these terms. This agreement does not imply any relationship with third-party providers, partners, or platforms.

 

2. Garment Care and Service Limitations

 

Wash & Fold

  • Clothes are processed by weight, not individual item count.

  • We use high-efficiency commercial front-load washers and dryers.

  • Manufacturer care labels may not be reviewed before processing.

  • We do not guarantee stain removal, though we follow industry-standard pretreatment efforts.

  • CC Clean is not responsible for damage due to normal wear, shrinkage, bleeding, fading, pilling, or weak fabric.

  • Items requiring special care (e.g., silk, lace, hand-wash only) should not be sent in for wash & fold.

  • We are not responsible for personal items (e.g., cash, electronics, pens) left in clothing.

Presso Dry Cleaning

  • Presso dry cleaning uses advanced tensioning, steam, and eco-friendly cleaning methods to reduce wear and improve garment longevity.

  • While Presso machines are automated, a CC Clean operator inspects each garment before and after the process.

  • We cannot guarantee removal of all stains or odors.

  • Due to Presso’s technology, garments with glued elements (e.g., fake leather trim, some patches) may not be eligible. We reserve the right to reject such items.

  • Garments are tagged and tracked by piece to reduce errors, but customer must confirm item list when dropping off.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

  • All claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 5 business days of pickup or delivery.

  • Maximum liability is 10x the cost of cleaning the item, not exceeding $100 per order.

  • We reserve the right to repair, reimburse, or credit back at our discretion.

  • Garments deemed high-value or sentimental should not be sent without prior written approval and documentation.

  • Customers must inspect and confirm all returned items upon receipt.

4. Allergy Notice

  • Our machines and Presso units process multiple customers’ garments. Detergents, softeners, or chemicals from prior loads may be present in trace amounts.

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin conditions, or sensitivities that may occur from garment processing.

5. Pickup & Delivery Terms

  • Garments left unclaimed after 30 days may be donated or recycled.

  • Customers are responsible for securing laundry in designated pickup areas (e.g., front porch) if unattended pickup/drop-off is requested.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is.” CC Clean disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

  • Liability is limited to the charges paid for the order in which the issue occurred.

  • CC Clean shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modifications

  • CC Clean may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.
