We utilize industry-standard pretreatment to tackle stains. While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee 100% removal, especially for set-in or oil-based stains.

Same Day: Available for items dropped off before 10am. Items received after 10am are typically completed the next business day.
We know how important your garments are, and we’ll always aim to do right by our customers. If something goes wrong, we’ll evaluate the issue and may offer a credit, reimbursement, or replacement when appropriate.
To be transparent, our liability is limited to 10x the cost of cleaning the item, up to a maximum of $100 per order, a common industry standard.
