If something goes wrong, we’ll evaluate the issue and may offer a credit, reimbursement, or replacement when appropriate. To be transparent, our liability is limited to 10x the cost of cleaning the item, up to a maximum of $100 per order, a common industry standard. Let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
