Presso is an innovative, waterless, chemical-free dry cleaning system that uses steam, tensioning, UV light, and smart robotics to clean and press garments in under 5 minutes. It’s safe for many items traditionally sent to the dry cleaner — with lower environmental impact and faster turnaround.
It is eco-friendly; no harsh solvents (like perc), 7x less water, and 3x less energy per cycle.
Safe for most delicates (except leather) and can extend a garment’s lifetime by avoiding harsh chemical degradation. Faster processing without sacrificing quality.

We utilize industry-standard pretreatment to tackle stains. While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee 100% removal, especially for set-in or oil-based stains.
Customer Experience FAQ’s
Yes. You will receive automated order updates via SMS or email through our Cents platform.
Loyalty Program: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent. Once you hit 500 points, you receive a $5 credit.
Referral Program: Refer a friend and they get $10 off their first order. Once they complete their order, you receive a $10 credit.
General FAQ’s
Standard: 24–48 hours for both Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning.
Same Day: Available for items dropped off before 10am. Items received after 10am are typically completed the next business day.
We know how important your garments are, and we’ll always aim to do right by our customers. If something goes wrong, we’ll evaluate the issue and may offer a credit, reimbursement, or replacement when appropriate.
To be transparent, our liability is limited to 10x the cost of cleaning the item, up to a maximum of $100 per order — a common industry standard.
Let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
We hold garments for up to 30 days. Unclaimed items may be donated or recycled after that.
We try to accommodate all items through our Presso process, but some items (e.g., sequins, glued patches, leather) may be declined. You’ll be notified if an item isn’t safe to clean
We can process blankets, pillows, and comforters for retail clients. However, we are not currently structured for large-scale commercial linen programs or high-volume bedding.

Please empty all pockets. CC Clean is not responsible for damage or loss regarding electronics, valuables, or personal items (like AirPods or cash) left in garments.
No. Our machines are shared and may contain trace residues of prior detergents. Please inform our staff if you have specific sensitivities.
